This Return Policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for coaching session packages purchased from Elegantwristgree.

Scope

This policy applies to paid coaching session packages listed on our products page. Free digital tools such as the Hunger Meter and Ritual Deck are provided at no cost and are not subject to returns.

Cancellation Before First Session

If you cancel your enrollment before the first scheduled session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Contact us at help@elegantwristgree.world to initiate a cancellation.

Cancellation After Sessions Begin

Once coaching sessions have commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Any remaining unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, minus a reasonable administrative fee.

Session Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times from your financial institution may vary.

Digital Materials

Personalized materials such as ritual guides and hunger reference documents provided during coaching are non-refundable once delivered, as they are customized to individual clients.

Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge or service, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
